KD’s was out of the flowers I ordered so they offered to put together a replacement arrangement using her favorite colors orange and blue. When my DIL sent me a picture of what KD’s came up with, I was blown away. Not only was it beautiful, it was also more than I expected even with the original order.     Outstanding customer support! I recently moved from TX to AZ only to hear about the loss of a friend. KD's florist was one of the florist in the general area of the funernal, so why not? I went online to order and have them delivered for a Sun. service, but the KD's is closed on Sat/Sun. In order to use KD's online purchase, I was required to choose a Fri. delivery for a Sunday funeral. KD's representive notices that the service was on Sun. and did not want either of us to not look our best and had the flowers made & delivered on Sat. for a fresh look. KD's went above & beyond.     I ordered flowers for my grandmother’s 91st birthday. Unexpectedly she had to be hospitalized, when the florist called the day of the delivery they offered to call the hospital to see if they would accept the flowers. KD’s called me back to tell me that due to Covid, the hospital wasn’t accepting flower deliveries. The florist then offered to refund my money or deliver at a different date. We pushed the delivery out 2 week and my grandma has been raving about her flowers. Great customer service!!

    This place is hands down one of the best florists I've been to. I was in a bit of a crisis to surprise my mom with flowers on her birthday; everyone was amazing in helping me put together a beautiful bouquet in such a short amount of time, and cheaper than the other florists. I can't tell you how much I appreciated it, my mom loved the flowers. Highly recommend.

    I was truly happy with yall! the arrangement was for my mom's birthday and she said it was amazing. You filled the arrangement with flowers and hardly any filler (like most florists).
