    I ordered two dozens roses, 12 red / 12 white. I was told there were only white roses in my order. As I arrived at home with the white roses, I was contacted to inform me that a mistake had been made. I had to return to the shop to pick up the red roses.     I was very pleased with the customer service of Flowers Unlimited. When I mentioned that I was sending a sympathy bouquet, the woman on the phone even offered to add some longer-lasting flowers, which was very sweet. I do wish flower shops would send pictures of the finished product since I am remote and didn't think it cool to ask the grieving family how the arrangement looked. I placed an order online with From You Flowers on Tuesday, with a promissory date of delivery on 2/14 by 5 pm. Come 4:15 no delivery so I tracked the order on the website and it said my order had been rescheduled for delivery on FRIDAY 2/16. So I called and spoke with Mrs. Kathy; she took my order, she made the arrangement and had it out and delivered within an HOUR. That is exceptional customer service and this is what keeps people coming back.

    Jackie listened to what my daughter wanted for her wedding, and did exactly what they had discussed. Jackie's flowers made the wedding venue look like a fairytale wedding, and the wedding party's bouquets and boutineers were awesome.
