Ms. Russell, I apologize that you were disappointed in the arrangement. Unfortunately, substitutions have to be made on specific flowers, that is why I have that disclaimer posted on the website, and just like everything else in the world the price of flowers have increased. We did not have the white gladiolas or lilies in stock at that time but we replaced them with higher quality white flowers. Your order was very misleading, through the website you ordered an 8" Philodendron, but in your message to us you requested an ivy plant. We did the best we could by sending 2 plants a phil and an ivy. For the two plants the cost would have been more than the $75.00 order you placed. The remaining amount charged was for the out of area delivery fee an taxes.When contacted you stated you were unhappy with the response you received from the recipient of not being appreciative. I am sorry you feel that you were shorted on what you ordered, when in fact you received more than you ordered.
