    Easy to order online . Flowers were beautiful . I live in Vancouver, don’t order flower arrangements often to be delivered in other cities . A word of advice for others. I simply googled 100 Mile House Flowers and a ‘sponsored’ company popped up first that said ‘great reviews of 100 Mile House Florist’ .I should have known when they asked for US dollars it was a scam site .. of course flowers did not come . I reported it to my credit card company , did get a refund after constant emails to Blossom I then googled Rustic Flowers directly online and had no problem ordering flowers.

    I was very disappointed with the product and services recieved. I was charged $130 for my order and it was a complete rip off. Ballon was wrong, name on the card was wrong. I will not recommend your service to any family or friends in 100 Mile and surrounding areas, infact I've told friends about this and they warned me about this place too.

    I am sorry for your disappointment. We do our best to do an arrangment the same as the photo but sometimes we dont have the same product in the cooler or container. We do our best to give the same feel for an order as the photo when we substitue. Usually the customer is phoned concerning changes and direction. If you were not called or emailed my apologies!

    The arrangement I ordered was very nice. However I was automatically charged a delivery charge on your website even though my parents had to come in from a rural site to pick up the arrangement. I was not given an option or reimbursed the delivery charge which I do not agree with. You are charging for a service that you are not providing.

    If a customer comes in to pick up something a delivery charge was paid for we automatically add the delivery fee into the arrangment by upgrading it. I apologize for not contacting you directly to ask your preference.

    The recipients of the basket really liked the contents. I personally did not see it. What would be nice is a complete list of what's in the basket for the buyer and a photo of the completed basket emailed to the purchaser, thank you.
